Here are some points to remember:
1. If you haven't used zoom before, it may feel like you are walking into the unknown, just keep going, the worst would be that you don't get connected and please then ask for help. 

2. When you enter it will say open zoom and you will need to click on open.zoom. and any other screen that asks if you want to connect and if you want to connect with computer audio.

3. When you first enter, look at the left lower screen where it says MIC and START VIDEO. You can mute or unmute the MIC, you can turn the video off or on.
