Shepherd of the Hills runs entirely by the grace of God and support from individuals like you! We receive no money from the ELCA or the Sierra Pacific Synod. We actually support their programs financially, not the other way around.

If you would like to give a gift to Shepherd of the Hills, checks made out to “Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church” can be mailed to:
401 Grizzly Peak Blvd., Berkeley, CA 94708.

Gifts of stocks, bonds, and property can also be made through our church treasurer. Remember Shepherd of the Hills in your will.

No gift is too large or too small. Current wish list items include:
• $12,500 - A chair lift to help people with limited mobility get to both levels of the church

$900 - Finish paying for our new low-water garden Our low-water garden is now completely paid for, thanks to your generosity!

• $3,000 - Cushions for the pews
• $500 - A teak bench for the patio
• $100 - $500 - Scholarships for Summer Church Camp Summer 2008 Church Day Camp was a great success! Thank you to all who supported it.
• $200 - New Godly Play Noah’s Ark for Sunday School
• $70 - One month’s color inserts for our newsletter
