We hope that people in this church are always growing in knowledge. Some education programs are short term and some are ongoing. People of any level of experience are welcome in any series. To find out more about our programs, please see our Adult Education Calendar, and monthly newsletter, The Shepherd’s Voice. Bible Study Often a small group will gather in each others homes to study a particular book or topic. We strive to talk about how the Bible relates to our lives. Sessions include time to pray together. Bible Study and Brew aka Theology on Tap Seasonally, our 20s and 30s group gathers in a local pub or coffee house to study the Bible or to talk about some relevant issue from the prospective of faith. These are short series on focused topics. Forums We schedule Forums or individual classes for adult education before or after worship. Past topics include Islam, a Luther Seminar, and screening of An Inconvenient Truth. Seminary Lectures We are blessed to be in close proximity to Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary. Many of their lectures are open to the public. We share these dates with our congregation as we learn about them.
